Business Development Manager Responsibilities of this role include: - Continuously growing the business within a specified territory - Actively and systematically managing existing accounts and increasing the value of those relationships - Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets - Act as the liaison between customers, planning and support staff Qualifications: - Grade 12 and at least some post-secondary education - 3-5 years in a business development role, preferably in the transportation industry - Solid leadership skills – the ability to motivate and engage a dynamic employee base - Experience in Word, Excel and Outlook - Flexible and adaptable to learning new skills - Very strong interpersonal and communication skills - Strong analytical and problem solving skills
