| General & Assistant Manager The Role •Responsible for the recruitment, training and development of staff and performance management •Through successful recruitment, on-boarding and training create a luxury store environment •Competitive shop to understand market and recruit effectively •Create and maintain a team environment within the store •Provide monthly one on one sessions with staff, in addition to a weekly touch base with the management team •Resolve interpersonal issues in partnership with General Manager •Implement and lead all sales and training initiatives •Implement and review store policies/procedures on a regular basis and ensure staff adheres to them •Provide in the moment and formal feedback based on observations. Share observations and next steps with GM •In partnership with GM provide training to new hires and provide continuous refresher and specialized training, as needed, to sales associates •Assist with coaching associates in CRM program: Thank you notes, Invite Back, Reactivation, follow up with staff on client books, client outreach, marketing outreach in area (i.e. charities, events •Process Payroll in EZ labor, maintaining schedules and ensuring staff adheres to attendance and punctuality policies and procedures •Responsible for the maintenance and organization of the daily register, banking functions, communicating and setting appointments with outside vendors that provide services for the store •Ensure store shrinkage and audit goals are achieved through sound operational execution •Prepare, implement, and execute scheduled inventory •Opening and closing of the store •Oversee daily cleaning and physical up-keep of damaged areas inside and outside the store, ensure stockroom is organized and is set up properly so staff can easily access merchandise •Manage store execution in accordance with the company's visual and operational standards •Analyze sales results and create action plans to achieve desired results •Assist with implementation of floor sets when appropriate, support visual directives and all company initiatives •Manage and maintain current programs for optimal performance practices, including training modules, communication binder, bulletin boards, holds and damages, schedules and backroom organization •Hold morning information and motivational meetings in partnership with management team | |
