Senior Account Executive

DESCRIPTION:
IPS, a leading provider of network, security and compliance services, is looking for experienced technology sales professionals to join our growing team. We are hiring two Senior Account Executives, one in Calgary and one in Toronto. We are looking for experienced individuals who are interested in future career advancement within our growing organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Achieve and exceed personal Gross Profit sales targets/quotas.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors and partners.
• Prospect, qualify, close and manage the sales of IPS’ IT services and solutions.
• Coordinate and engage the necessary resources - sales, operations, finance and marketing teams and vendor resources- to achieve success.
• Liaise with the Technical team and understand the applicable technology solution in order to help lead a successful implementation.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5 years + Sales experience.
• Experience in the IT industry and strong technical product knowledge..
• Previous experience working with large enterprise clients.
• Existing business relationships are an asset.
• Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets.
• Enterprise account planning and management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an experienced negotiator
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
