| (CL1008) LEGAL ASSISTANT – CORPORATE LAW (OIL & GAS LITIGATION) LEGAL ASSISTANT – CORPORATE LAW (OIL & GAS LITIGATION) LOCATION: Calgary, Alberta SALARY: $38K - $45K, commensurate with experience BENEFITS: Full benefits package is included APPLICANT MUST BE A CANADIAN CITIZEN OR ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN CANADA A blue chip Calgary Law Firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to work for a Senior Partner and a Senior Paralegal. Qualified candidates must have two (2) to five (5) years of strong corporate law experience, and in particular with oil and gas litigation. Please note that this is not a position for a general Legal Assistant. Strong computer technical skills are necessary. Applicant must be able to type a minimum of 75 WPM, and has expertise with use of a Dictaphone. This Firm would be a great choice for candidates with strong work ethics, who will thrive in a busy, professional environment. You will be dealing with high profile clients, using state of the art technology/equipment. Good performers will benefit from regular reviews and generous raises.
