LAWYER - CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION

LOCATION: Calgary, Alberta
SALARY: OPEN, Commensurate with experience

Can you consider yourself a "STAR” Lawyer candidate for the position of a Construction Litigation Associate? Do you have four (4) to seven (7) of experience dealing with construction litigation – among which are builders’ liens, cost overruns, settlements, and discoveries, to name a few. Are you strongly knowledgeable of the “Builders’ Lien Act? Have you been involved with court applications and trials? Have you had large-scale construction litigation experience?

If you answer yes to these questions and possess the other qualifications for this position as written below, then you may be the Construction Litigation Lawyer that our prominent National Law Firm Client is seeking for its Alberta office.

You must have exceptional analytical and interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Quality leadership abilities are necessary, as you will be called upon to train and mentor Junior Associates. The Candidate must be highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced legal environment. Previous mid to large law firm experience is an asset.

The successful Candidate will be given active second chair experience immediately, and will be granted first chair exposure in the very near future.
