| Office Administrator Seeking an individual who is interested in assisting a successful small business grow and develop. We need an organized self-starter who will do a great job scheduling our work teams, liaising with clients (mainly by phone and email) and managing our home-based office. Must be detailed and have exceptional computer skills (knowledge of ServiceCEO as asset). In addition to scheduling, customer service and day-to-day administration, the incumbent will also use creative skills to design marketing materials and play a key role in helping the owners implement business development programs. Minimum 2-3 years experience in office administration and/or scheduling role. Complimentary education as asset. Competitive wage based on the qualifications of the incumbent. | |
