Parts Coordinator

Position Profile: This is a challenging role, requiring a great deal of motivation and initiative offering you the opportunity to build a rewarding career with a leading transportation company. Our Parts Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the parts inventory which will include actively monitoring inventory, order parts, re-stocking the inventory, as well as supplying parts and supplies to Mechanics and Drivers ensuring all parts and supplied are charged out to work orders. Our Parts Coordinator will build and maintain solid working relationships with the Maintenance Team, Drivers and Vendors. A degree of flexibility may be required regarding hours of work. Some heavy lifting will be required.

Candidate Profile: You are a leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills wanting to have a direct impact on the continued growth and success of the company. You thrive in and are looking for a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. You will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and strengthen relationships. Demonstrated problem solving and planning abilities will be key to your success in this position. Your previous parts/inventory experience is considered an asset to this position.
