| Cross-Dock Operator Position Profile: This is a challenging role, requiring a great deal of motivation and initiative offering you the opportunity to build a rewarding career with a leading transportation company. Our Cross-Dock Operator is responsible for load transfers in a safe and efficient manner in order to enhance productivity and efficiency. Our Cross-Dock Operator will ensure accuracy with all load transfers. You will also complete all necessary documentation including daily forklift inspection sheets. A degree of flexibility may be required regarding hours of work. Candidate Profile: You are a leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills wanting to have a direct impact on the continued growth and success of the company. You thrive in and are looking for a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. You will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and strengthen relationships. You will be able to meet the demands of this position with your demonstrated experience in a cross-dock or warehouse environment. Previous experience with various types of forklifts will be an asset to the position. | |
