Senior Controls Engineer (MY CJ) Responsibilities • Control System Design • Control Panel Design • Technology selection • Specification of equipment • Preparation of cause and effect diagrams • Procurement • Programming • Preparation of panel, wiring and installation drawings • On-site start-up and commissioning of small projects Qualifications • BSc in Electrical or Chemical Engineering or Instrumentation Technology Diploma. • 10+ years working within an oil and gas or mining focused EPC • P. Eng registration with APEGGA or CET/RET with ASET • Experience in upstream oil and gas • Knowledge and experience with PLC Systems such as Rockwell Control Logix (includes selection, installation requirements and programming) • Knowledge and experience with DCS systems such as Honeywell Experion • Knowledge and experience with SCADA systems and RTUs is an asset • Site commissioning experience
