Engineering Application Support (EAS) Experience 3+ years working with AutoCAD 2+ years working with Bentley AutoPLANT 3D Good interpersonal skills Be a team player Have a willingness to learn Responsibilities Provide first tier AutoPLANT and AutoCAD support to all staff, resolving support requests within their capabilities Senior EAS personal will mentor junior and intermediate levels on ongoing department tasks Help deploy EAS software Write and maintain CAD Job Notes Provide AutoCad drafting as required by department Provide one-on-one training to staff on uses of the various softwares Create and maintain 3D models using Bentley project software Troubleshoot 3D models and AutoCad drawings
