| Pipeline Engineering Positions Conceptual design / feasibility studies. Perform techno-economic optimization studies. Finalize pipeline route / facility site selection, PDA development. Perform preliminary stress evaluation Perform environmental and pipeline risk assessment studies. Prepare design basis memorandum (DBM) document with input from all concerned disciplines. Assist in preparation of regulatory permit applications. Detailed Engineering Develop detailed scope of work, design basis document and project execution plan. Prepare cost estimates and project schedules. Project coordination including multi-discipline engineering, procurement, and construction Organize topographical / geotechnical surveys conducted by third party contractors. Develop / review P&IDs, line lists, specialty item lists and valve lists. Design and organize preparation of pipeline alignment drawings and pipeline crossing drawings, general arrangement details, isometrics, bend schedules. Perform engineering for procurement activities including MRQ/MRP development, technical evaluation / recommendation, and vendor drawing approvals. Perform engineering development of Construction Work Package, including project description, construction specifications, IFC drawings and material lists. Participate in Pre-Bid and Pre-Award meetings. Construction Support Provide engineering support during construction including field engineering, inspection and special studies. Participate in pipeline commissioning activities. | |
