| Customer Service Representative General Fasteners is a provider of high value, high quality, industrial and construction related solutions to companies Canada wide. We have an immediate opportunity for an Customer Service Representative in our Calgary location. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service by handling incoming calls, taking orders and providing prompt professional and knowledgeable information to our clients. Job Description: · Handle incoming calls in a timely and professional manner focusing on customer satisfaction · Working as a member of a growing team · Dealing with inquiries and requests from clients · Provide support to Outside Sales Representatives · Processing customer orders, information and coordinating services · Participate in customer and sales development · Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Qualifications: · Experience in Customer Service or Call Centre · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Sense of personal responsibility and strong work ethic · Post-secondary Education a definite asset This position offers a competitive compensation package that includes benefits, group RRSP, training, a top quality product, existing customer base and long- term career prospects.
